Upon arrival, the rooms at the hotel were quite disappointing; they were about 40 degrees, stunk like covering up pet smells, and were spacious but noisy. I encountered bugs on the walls, had to deal with killing 3 spiders, and found hairs in the shower. However, the service was very funny and professional. The staff was extremely awesome, updating the rooms and innovating. The location worked out for our Colorado trip and was convenient. The dining experience was available despite the website saying otherwise; it was dry and had molds. In terms of facilities, the hotel needs to have grass instead of dirt. The French pastries were a delightful touch. I appreciated the up-to-date amenities in Goodland Kansas for our Colorado trip in Canon.
